Adam Hambarian

FOUNDER & CEO

Turf Solder Co-Owner Adam Hambarian, is a motivated, goal oriented entrepreneur and 4th generation garbage man who began his business career in 1997 in the solid waste industry as a residential helper in for his family run disposal company, Orange Disposal Services, in Orange, CA. After successfully implementing corporate philosophies for Orange Disposal, in May of 1999, he went to work for the largest waste hauling company in the world, Waste Management. Mr. Hambarian was asked to oversee the re-routing of the city of Orange for automation. He was then promoted to maintenance manager before taking a position as a sales representative. From September 2001 to April 2003, Adam introduced and administered a commercial waste auditing program that proved to be so successful, he was nationally recognized several times receiving numerous sales awards for being the top sales representative in the nation! With his knowledge of commercial waste auditing, in April of 2003 he started his own commercial waste auditing and consulting company. His clients included some of the other larger waste hauling companies in the world like BFI and Allied Waste! Adam is a true American Patriot who truly loves his country. Especially the soldiers that have died to protect it and those living who continue to risk their lives to protect the United States of America today!

Anderson Davis

Anderson Davis was raised in a small Northern Ca town and learned at a young age from his parents that work ethic, honesty,communication, confidence, commitment, positivity, intuition, creativity, and ability to inspire are necessary traits to to live a good life. Anderson is fully committed to his number one responsibility, his family. Anderson spent the better part of his youth involved in athletics and later went on to play baseball in college and at a professional level. Like most athletes that career ended due to injury, but Anderson quickly moved forward into another career in the entertainment industry and currently still works as an actor.
Anderson has always felt that it was necessary to be moving forward in life and always pursuing various avenues of creativity.
As Co-Owner of Turf Soldier he is fulfilling a passion to create beautiful exterior landscapes and feels that like a painter or artisttheir is a certain level of vision that it takes to create a visually beautiful home exterior.
Anderson takes great pride in our country and like Adam he has the utmost respect for all soldiers that have served this great US of A.
